Twelve health workers complete Module 2 training and are equipped to treat cervical precancer with thermal coagulation and cryotherapy

Cervical Cancer Prevention and Training Centre,

Our 12 trainees from 12 institutions in 7 out of the 16 Regions of Ghana, completed Module 2 of our training programme and are now equipped to follow up screen positives with basic colposcopy (using a mobile colposcope) and to treat precancerous lesions of the cervix with thermal coagulation and cryotherapy.
