Food for thought for Ghanaians – embrace science and technology or perish

When after many centuries, you do not take advantage of science and technology to improve on the things you do but you continue to do things the same way as your ‘ancestors,’ foreigners will take over what is ‘traditionally yours’, do it better, make more money and push you to the background.

You can mention:

  1. Cocoa production.
  2. Gari production.
  3. Kente production.

Etc, etc. Even fufu pounding vs other simpler ways.

Our education system must make us think differently. The education system must make us understand that the world is not static, waiting to learn our ‘traditional ways’ of doing things.
We are going to be left behind if we are not innovative!
